Here are the scheduled district events, including deadlines.

The district and its committees often meet at the Hellenic Center in Storrs, CT. The seasonal division 3, 4, and 5 scheduling meetings are at the Hellenic Center. For directions, see the Links page.


Spring 2012 Calendar

  • January 18: Northeast District AGM at 7pm at

  • Thursday, February 23: THIS IS A DATE CHANGE
    Competition Committee Winter meeting and rule change discussion, beginning at 7:30pm at Star Hill in Tolland
  • March 31: Deadline for Div 3 and 4 submissions – please email requirements to and include team contact email addresses
  • April 3: Comp. Committee planning session 7:30, at Star Hill in Tolland
  • April 5: deadline for Div 5 – please email requirements to and include team contact email addresses
  • Wednesday, April 11: Scheduling meeting – Division 5 at 6:30, Division 3 and 4 at 8pm, Division 3 and 4 sign-in begins at 7:45
  • April 21/22: Season opening
  • June 2-3: U10, U12, U16 Division 5 Marlborough Jamboree
  • June 16/17: last weekend of spring play
  • Note: no games on Memorial Day weekend

Fall 2011 Calendar

  • August 9: BOD meeting at Star Hill at 7:30. All clubs should send a representative.
  • August 12: Recommended date for clubs to have rosters all set.
  • August 19: Deadline to submit teams for Division 3 and Division 4 competition leagues.
  • August 24: Next District meeting in conjunction with Competition Committee fall planning session.
  • August 28: Deadline to submit teams for Division 5 recreation leagues.
  • August 30 (Tue): NED scheduling meeting at Star Hill. Div. 5 at 6:30 and Div. 3/4 at 8pm.

    Please sign in upon arrival.  Please confirm that the master schedule for your age group is updated before you leave.

  • September 10/11:Opening weekend for District leagues.
  • November 5/6:Final weekend for District league play. Championship matches and position week matches are played.

Spring 2011 Calendar

  • February 16: Northeast District Comp Committee meeting at Star Hill starting at 7:30pm.
  • March 10: Northeast District Comp Committee meeting at Star Hill starting at 7:30pm.
  • March 27: Deadline for D3/D4 competition team submissions. Submit teams to Dave Bachiochi at .
  • March 31: Northeast District Comp Committee meeting at Star Hill starting at 7:30pm.
  • April 3: Deadline for D5 recreation team submissions. Send teams to Dave Fraser at .
  • April 6: NED scheduling meeting.
  • April 30 – May 1: Anticipated start of the spring season. This is tentative. Dates will be fixed in late March.
  • May 25: 7:30pm at Star Hill, District meeting to discuss rule changes for fall 2011. Star Hill Sports (http://starhillsports.com) is at 100 Gerber Drive, Tolland CT 06084.

Winter 2010 - 2011 Calendar

  • December 28: Northeast District AGM at Willington Pizza 7-8:30pm. RSVP to Chafik at .
  • December 29: NECONN is hosting an entry level Ref Clinic: Putnam - Field Training and Written Test Session for online entry level for those Club close by. See http://www.ctreferee.net/referee_clinics/684 for more information.

Fall 2010 Calendar

  • August 15: Division 3 and 4 team entry deadline. Please email requirements to Dave Bachiochi at (including email contact for score reporting).
  • August 25: Planning session at the Hellenic Center starting at 7:30pm.
  • August 29: Division 5 team entry deadline. Please email requirements to Dave Fraser at .
  • August 31: Scheduling Meeting at the Hellenic Center.
    • Division 5 scheduling meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm.
    • Division 3/4 scheduling meeting starts promptly at 8:00pm.
  • September 11-12: First weekend of fall seasonal play.
  • November 6-7: Last weekend of fall seasonal play.

Spring 2010: Wrapped Up

  • March 25, 2010: District meeting 7pm at the Hellenic Center. Discussion will include possible rule changes for the fall.
  • April 5, 2010: Division 3 and Division 4 club entry deadline. Please email requirements to Dave Bachiochi at (including email contact for score reporting)
  • April 7, 2010: Comp Committee Planning Session at Hellenic Center starting at 7:30pm. Any new Commissioner candidates should attend!
  • April 11, 2010: Division 5 club entry deadline. Please email requirements to Dave Fraser at .
  • April 14, 2010: Scheduling Meeting at Hellenic Center.
    • Division 5 scheduling meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm
    • Division 3/4 scheduling meeting starts promptly at 8:00pm
    • Division 3/4 team sign in starts at 7:45pm
  • April 24-25, 2010: First weekend of Spring seasonal play
  • June 5-6, 2010: U10-U14 Marlborough Jamboree
  • June 19-20, 2010: Last weekend of Spring seasonal play, reserved for make ups, most likely.

Fall 2009: Wrapped Up

  • August 15, 2009: Division 3 and Division 4 club entry deadline $25/team entry fee due by Comp Committee Planning Session for each team U11 thru U14.

  • August 25, 2009: Comp Committee Planning Session at Hellenic Center starting at 7:30pm. All new Commissioner candidates should attend.

  • September 12-13, 2009: First weekend of fall season play.
  • October 3-4, 2009: Lebanon Fun Day.
  • November 7-8, 2009: Last weekend of fall season play.
    • Fall U10 Jamboree
    • Fall U12-U14 Marlborough Jamboree

  • November 7, 2009: League semifinals at home of higher seed.
  • November 8, 2009: League finals at Stafford H.S.
  • November 10, 2009: Due date for nominations for volunteers, coaches, refs., etc. for District awards.
  • November 14, 2009: District banquet and awards presentations at E.O. Smith in Mansfield.
