About Us
The Northeast District of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) is comprised of thirty-one towns in the Northeast corner of the state. It is one of seven districts that make up CJSA. The purpose of the district is to facilitate effective administration of CJSA rules and policies at the local level as well as encouraging the development of soccer at all levels. Among other things, the District administers inter-club recreation and competition (divisions 5, 4, and 3) soccer matches.

District Programs
Year-to-year, the District offers programs including the following:
Fall Schedule
The Northeast District offers a fall League that has teams in more competitive Divisions III and IV and a less competitive Division V. We also offer a under-10 jamboree that is open to all the teams in our district.
Spring Schedule
The Northeast District offers a Spring soccer league in Divisions III, IV, and V.
Tops Soccer
Tops soccer is a program for handicapped players of all ages. At this time, the Tolland Club is sponsoring a team. Other clubs that would like to form a Tops soccer team should contact Tolland Soccer.
Division 1 and 2 Premier Soccer
The Northeast District sponsors the Northeast United Soccer Club (NEU). NEU is a premier-level club that participates in the state-run premier leagues and the Open Cup. NEU, in conjunction with the Northeast District, organizes and runs a developmental program for U10 and U11, and attempts to have a team at every age level for both boys and girls.
